Sheila S. Vanacore is a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist in the State of CT.  (Lic# 005477 ) and is a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist.  Sheila is Nationally Certified by NCTMB (National Certification for Massage Therapy and Bodywork) and is a professional member of the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association). 

Sheila graduated from Helma Institute of Massage Therapy in Saddlebrook, NJ with a G.P.A of 3.98.  Sheila received extensive training in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology and other areas of study.  In addition, Sheila holds a BS in Sociology from Southern Connecticut State Universtity.

Sheila has over 15 years of professional experience working in some of the top beauty, heath and wellness institutions in both New Haven and Fairfield County in the State of CT. 

Sheila believes that through not only her educational and professional experiences but more importantly her desire and passion to help others she can enhance the physical and mental well being of clients through Massage Therapy.
